The pandemic has changed our habits in countless ways. The financial services industry has no exception with customers relying wholeheartedly on digital banking and their mobile devices to complete banking transactions remotely. However, this increase in usage and traffic on the mobile channel has not gone unnoticed by scammers, who see it as an increasingly profitable target for attacks.

A data center technician should answer questions and take queries from various sources and provide them with the right information. Knowledge of technology requirements is one of the required skills for a data center technician. 

In a recent survey of financial professionals during the webinar, 77.3% confirmed an increase in their active mobile users during the course of the pandemic. The same audience also reported a 47.5% increase in fraud in their organization last year. The trend line is clear - as familiarity with mobile banking applications continues to increase, the group of exposed and at-risk customers is growing along with it.
